Made from Pinot Blanc a variety that melds both fresh, bright savoury characters and has the textural feel of Pinot variants. It is grown behind the range above Woodside and is a very cool, late ripening pocket. Natural acidity is at the nervy end of the spectrum.

Made from Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir. The Meunier comes from a vineyard above Oakbank and the Noir comes from the back of Hahndorf. They were co-fermented and show purity and density.
